Biker's Paradise: 5 Countries in a Week

Austria, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, and Lichtenstein: Hotel Enzian is centrally situated in the middle of the most beautiful biker's paradise in the Alps full of the best curves. Our local motorcycle stomping grounds range from Bad Tölz to Bregenz and from Tirano to Bolzano. The most amazing passes are quickly reachable with the motorbike or by car. Well-known passes such as the Hahntennjoch, Timmelsjoch, Stilfserjoch, the Silvretta Hochalpenstraße, Bieler Höhe, the Flexen and Arlberg Passes and the Kaunertaler Glacier are just some of the highlights.

Fly and Bike

FLY & RENT A BIKE FROM MUNICH

Arrange your own flight to Munich and take a taxi from the Airport to the BMW Motorcycle Centre. There you can collect your reserved BMW motorcycle and embark on a pleasant tour to the Hotel Enzian. Side cases are provided for your luggage.

 

FROM THE MUNICH AIRPORT DIRECTLY TO MOTORBIKE PARADISE

Fly to Munich and from there take the U6 underground line or bus lines 140, 178, or 180 to the BMW fleet base in Munich-Freimann. Pick up your reserved motorcycle there and you're on your way to motorcycle paradise. 

 

FLY & RENT OR TEST A BIKE FROM THE HOTEL ENZIAN

You can fly to Munich (274 km), Memmingen (158 km), Innsbruck (71 km), Friedrichshafen (147 km), Salzburg (247 km) or Zurich (209 km from our hotel) and hire a car at the airport or take our hotel shuttle

Our expert, Didi, is happy to help with advice and assistance in "Didi's Motoshop" located right in the hotel. You'll get first class service and repairs as well as tire and cleaning service. Order in advance and the perfect tires will be waiting for you on your arrival day. There's nothing else that can stand in your way from pure riding enjoyment.

95 DB Regulation

Much ado about nothing!

In Tyrol, motorcycles with an idling noise of 95 dB or higher are forbidden on some roads. Our Roadbook only includes one tour (the Schwaben Tour) that is affected by this. If your motorcycle is more than 95 dB, we'll provide you with a BMW motorcycle from our test ride fleet for one full day if you stay with us for 5 days or longer. Arrival at Hotel Enzian is possible with a motorcyle over 95 dB over the Arlbergpass or the Fern Pass. 


On which streets in Tyrol are motorcycles over 95 dB not permitted? 

  • B 198 Lechtalstraße from Steeg (Provincial border to Vorarlberg) to Weißenbach am Lech
  • B 199 Tannheimerstraße from Weißenbach am Lech to Schattwald (German border)
  • L 21 Berwang-Namloser Straße from Bichlbach to Stanzach
  • L 72 Hahntennjochstraße 2nd part from Pfafflar to Imst (pass summit)
  • L 246 Hahntennjochstraße 1st part from Imst (pass summit) to Imst intersection Vogelhändlerweg
  • L 266 Bschlaber Straße from Elmen to Pfafflar
